What counts toward a "batch"?
Any decision maker we've verified and moved into active outreach. Companies still being screened don't count against your batch size.
Does the price include the physical item and postage?
Yes — sourcing, personalization, and shipping are included in the campaign fee. No separate line items to track or approve.
Can I scale up later?
Yes. Most engagements move from a Pilot Campaign to Ongoing Campaign once the proof-of-concept numbers clear target — nothing about your pipeline history is lost moving from one to the other.
Is there a contract term?
The Pilot Campaign is a one-time engagement. Ongoing Campaign is month-to-month. Custom/Multi-Territory terms are set per agreement, including any distributor licensing arrangement.
